Shipping policy

Shipping of RxEars devices is done at no charge as long as we choose the carrier AND the delivery is in the contiguous United States.

We offer FREE shipping in contiguous United States on Devices only. Estimated delivery time does not account for 1-2 days preparation of your order in our factory, and does not include Saturday-Sunday or Holidays observed by Persona Medical or the major shipping carriers.

Accessories purchased separately are not eligible for free shipping or for return of shipping charges if returned for credit.

Refunds on shipping are only available on new Device purchases and if all three steps listed under "Guarantee" header above are completed.
