Please call us before placing your repair order. We will confirm if repairs are available for your specific device, and discuss the reason for your service request. Sometimes we are able to troubleshoot the problem without having to send it in, saving you time and money. If the decision is made to move forward with the repair, please place your order online and print a copy of your receipt. Include that receipt in the package you will mail to us.
Pack your hearing aid along with the tube and tip, if applicable, in a sturdy package that will protect it during transit. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. Once received we will inspect the device to determine the needed repairs. If determined repairable, the device will be processed and shipped back to the address on your repair order form. Standard repairs take approximately 5-7 business days from time of receipt. Rushed repairs are only available at the time of order and provide a 3-5 day repair along with expedited return shipping.
