It's not common, but it happens.  Hearing is very challenging.  All we ask is that you give us a call for an RMA to help expedite the process.  We can receive 100's of packages a day and we don't want anything getting lost or processed as a repair instead of a return.  

Follow these steps for a complete refund

  including the original shipping charges:

 

1. Return the product in a safely wrapped, and insured package, within 60 days of invoice.
2. Write the RMA number somewhere on the paperwork and include inside the box.
3. Include your full name and copy of the original invoice.
