SONGBIRD ULTRA REPAIR WITH 6 MONTH WARRANTY
The repair fee will cover standard repairs on your Songbird Ultra device manufactured within the past 3 years. If you are uncertain of the production year, please contact us in advance. When you send in your device, please include your tube and tip, as this helps our technicians with troubleshooting. A new tube and tip of the same size will be provided at no charge with the repaired device. If the device is found to not be repairable, the repair fee may be used towards the purchase of a new RxEars hearing aid. If you choose not to use the funds towards a new RxEars device, you may receive a partial refund of the repair fee, less a $45 inspection fee.
